- Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács managed to make his way into the elite of Counter-Strike’s competitive community from a small European country mostly unknown in the scene. And he did it through his sheer dedication to the game.
But despite playing with some of the best players the game has ever seen, and holding his own as one of the most versatile and effective AWPers ever, there is still something GuardiaN has yet to do:
Win a major.

Guardian isn't only one of the best players in the history of counterstrike he is also a very nice and likeable person. That is he is one of my favourite players

Forget Kenny S, Simple, Fallen. Guardian is the most consistent, well rounded AWPer in the game. I've loved watching this guy play for years.

@@gametestinglab8861 yes, almost every game has tournaments but not on a global scale(paycheck) but mostly on local and a few national ones a year. In my hometown u can just have only 1 avg player and u can win most tournaments 😂😂
Sodium Ruto I think the problem is outrageously high computer parts prices in India and in most of other countries except USA. Living half of my life in Albania and the other half in USA I can see the difference and I can tell it right away. High prices added with much lower wages than USA take a big hit on PC gaming. One another reason is that people are lazy to look beyond local retailers. If you go on AliExpress there are a ton of Intel Xeon series chips for very cheap. Plus Cs-Go isn’t very demanding game. For around 150-180$ you can build a decent gaming rig playing Cs-Go high settings 1080p 100+ FPS and at 720p medium to high or 1080p low any current title. But I acknowledge that many people can’t afford to spend 150$ on gaming. Asking someone that try to put bread everyday in table for the family to spend 150$ on gaming is unfair and cruel. Sad but true. Best regards my friend.
@@gametestinglab8861 yup, high price and low salary. Cost of living is low but the accesories for a good life is expensive 😂😂 i had to save a lot just to buy an arcade stick, its not much in US dollars but still high for us.
People here take gaming as a waste of time. So :(

Honestly, the emotions filling guardians face when he finally won a big trophy. My heart is crying that such a positive and authentic player never got the manor he deserved. For me still one of the best players of all times. Love you Guardian

The Eleague Boston Major was probably his best shot at winning a major.
Properly one of the most well-liked, if not THE most well-liked team of all time. and GuardiaN has a big role in that image
just came here after watching the Stewie2k story and i kinda feel bad it was a 2 heart touching stories pitted against each otherin the final.... both Guardian and stewie came to boston (2k18 major) without any major wins.... happy for stewie but i feel bad for Guardian .... really really hope he wins a major..... :P LOve him .......
