Another of Revan's mental feats that I don't think should be over looked was his power to take and force information into the minds of another. The leader of the Dark Rakatan tribe talked about how Revan was able to reach into his mind and rip the knowledge of the Rakatan language from him, while simultaneaously forcing the kniwledge of the Basic toungue into his mind. If Revan was able to do that with entire languages, imagine what he could do with other kinds of information.

Revan trilogy is a must surely what a fascinating story that would be to watch on screen.
It’s always hard to rank force users from different era’s but the power that these Jedi and sith wielded from these earlier stories seemed to be higher than what’s on display in the films and they were experienced at fighting each other way more so it’s hard to make a case for any of the skywalker era Jedi and sith to be more powerful than revan
Honestly I think that Revan is stronger than Palpitine because of how much he endured against Darth Vitiate. I know for certain that Revan would definitely be stronger than Post Suit Vader because as stated Vader after he was encased in his suit was only capable of reaching 80% of Palpitine’s power. With Revan’s keen tactical mind and raw power in the Force I believe he’d be able to defeat Palpitine. Now how easily he could do it that’s a matter of debate. I think Palpitine would prove to be somewhat of a challenge for Revan but ultimately Revan would come out on top. But if Revan had been alive during the Galactic Civil War I’m fairly certain that it would have ended far faster and with the Rebels Victory. I say this because I feel like instead of blowing up the Death Star he would instead try to capture it with a bunch of strategic strikes on key parts of the station. After securing it he’d threaten to turn it on the Empire unless they surrendered. You have to admit it would definitely be a very Revan like move, to take the enemies biggest weapon and turn it against them. But that’s just my opinion on how things would play out if Revan had survived to the events of the Galactic Civil War.

Yoda disarmed Palpatine, he won the lightsaber duel. Also the time scale in the movies is scewed, that duel took hours as did the duel on Mustifar. Don’t believe me, read the novelisation of the movies.

As much as I think Revan would stomp during the galactic civil war if given the opportunity, considering how Palpatine thinks he would of most certainly deemed Revan too big of a threat to ignore so it boils down to how much destroying Revan would be worth to Palpatine

If we're speaking fleet v fleet, no force interference I'd have to give it to legends Thrawn it takes a certain type of leadership to rise through the ranks of a human centric military structure as a alien, he was also the greatest tactician in the imperial military had the empire took to his prototype tie fighter plans rather than build death stars the galactic civil war would of had a very different outcome, with the force in play though I can't see how Thrawn wins

Even without the force Revan was tactician enough to beat the Mandalorians, I believe that easily puts Revan in Thrawns league and Revan has experience with fleet sizes much larger than what Thrawn dealt with and Revan’s fleet composition would be quite similar to what Thrawn would choose. Everything being equal in regards to ships, crew, firepower and shielding, I believe in terms of tactics and planning, Thrawn and Revan are equals or near equals. Unfortunately for Thrawn, Revan has precognition abilities and access to battle meditation (he wasn’t as good as Bastila but he did have it).
@@thedragonreborn9856 this is all a fantastic points and a compelling argument why Revan would have Thrawn beat admittedly I was looking more at the conditions Thrawn went through to rise up the ranks of the imperial military structure but it can't be ignored how skilled of a tactical genius Revan himself is
As my all-time favorite Star Wars character Darth Revan would ultimately own Vader and Luke Skywalker. However, I can see Revan taking both Luke and a redeemed Anakin as students, perhaps then under Revan's tutelage Anakin would finally realize his true potential in the Force as the one and only Chosen One. As for the Galactic Civil War, Revan most likely would have dispensed of Grand Admiral Thrawn as well as the separatists and as for the finale, it would be Revan vs Sidious of which I have no doubt would be legendary.

I kinda hate when fans refer to Revan as Darth Revan when he didnt end up “sith” and spent more of his life as Jedi rather than sith.. I think if people read the Revan Book it would change peoples views on Revan, for the better. ANYWAYS my favorite Revan is The “Revan Reborn” that just got his memories back after touching his mask, and then he says “..I am Revan Reborn, and before me, YOU ARE NOTHING” right before CATCHING Darth Nihrus’s Darkside Force Lightning with his bare hands & reversing it back toward her. Leaving nothing but a pile of ash.

Exar Kun tanked an energy beam that had the power of Ten Supernovas.
Exar bested Vodo Siosk Baas easely.
His Force blast killed a Leviathan and was stated to to increase times ten with more anger and hate.
He converted 20 jedi easely to the dark side.
Exar kun was far more powerful than revan was
Darth revan and Darth malak are stated to be far stronger than exar kun ever was. Revan could mentally dominate a whole magnitude of jedi whilst directly drawing the dark energies from malachor 5.

I have a good idea for a trilogy of movies for Revan. Imagine the movies are Revan I, Revan II, and Revan III. Revan I's movie cover would be Revan with with just his mask in the middle of the screen with his purple lightsaber going up right in front of his face. The second move cover would be the same but with the lightsaber being red. The last movie would be Revan without his mask with a blue lightsaber in front of his face. All Disney would have to do is follow the story in the old republic books carefully, and not mess anything up. I think that would be sick.

Kathleen Kennedy is the biggest problem. If we’re going to have a movie about Darth Revan. She can’t be in charge anymore. She’s horrible at everything related to it.
It's not just her. Bringing myself (😉) to Canon would break a lot of canon rules and thoughts about the Sith and Jedi. Grey Jedi would be canon, and Disney, DF, and GL hate that idea.
That thumbnail has me wanting Keanu Reeves to play Revan in a movie or show.
The things I think about when i think Revan, his greatest attributes are his strategic/tactical mind. His ability to think in the long term. His ability to form connections to everyone around him. Being able to take languages from the minds of aliens and put them in his mind.
I also hate when he's portrayed dual wielding and reverse gripping it. Revan was smart. Those two approaches to sword fighting are not good ideas.
Both dual wielding and reverse grip are tactical options but my revan is master dialing and dual wielding

@@mastermichael0751 Revan is portrayed using a reverse grip in his main hand, and not as dual wielding typically. That's not a good way to fight with a sword in almost any situation. And sword analog's.
@@nickokona6849 For 1. Real life Swordfighting isn't a fair comparison to Star Wars and lightsaber fighting is incredibly different. 2. The forces influence over said lightsaber fights eliminates the "not good options" opinion outright. Jedi and Sith can sense when someone is going to pull their weapon, where they'll swing next, what direction they'll move next, and their intention. It's completely different to what people think that they know about Star Wars, That's why Force Sensitives typically completely outclass regular people in every sense of the word.
Revan would have easily done away with Vader and Siddious would have been a bit of a challenge but would have won in the end.

Along with a Revan saga they should do a Bane saga, a rated R Bane saga. Him starting out to destroy the sith & restart them off of Revan’s teachings, him & Zannah doing their thing & the final film ending with an epic battle between those 2 having the rule of 2 beginning & being carried on from Zannah to Cognus. Showing the beginning of the rule of 2 that led to Palpatine & Vader would be pretty cool to see. At least I think it would be.

Revan is a master at all saber fighting forms, and he also had a duel bladed saber like Mail did as well.
It may sound crazy, but I don't want Revan to become cannon. His story is so complex, Disney doesn't have the ability to tell his story the right way. Look at what they did to the Solo children, Mara Jade, Luke etc.
on every 'most powerful sith/jedi' video or post i see, Revan is always too low on those lists. Easily at LEAST top 3 in both jedi and sith. Most complete and well rounded jedi, sith and force user in general.

And after that was praised by all mandalorians and was said to be the greatest warrior the galactic republic has had in history? Has Vader ever used to force to rain meteors over his enemies heads? Has Vader defeated the Jedi countless times because he was a know strategic genius and one of the greatest military leader in Star Wars history ?
Revan is a far superior combatant espionage with his 2 sabers he has MUCH for versatility in his force abilities and has a MUCH deeper connection with both the dark and light side of the force and he has more victories under his name than vader ever had
Has Vader ever sustained himself on nothing but the force through decades upon decades of torture? Has Vader ever completely mastered both the dark and light of the force without becoming corrupted by it and is able to use both sides? Has Vader ever incapacitated multiple

Given Revan's power and potential it is my belief that he was a Chosen One not THE Chosen One mind you but rather A Chosen One but what do I mean by this you may wonder it is in fact rather simple Anakin Skywalker was THE Chosen One plain and simple and Revan is not the Sith'ari either for that title belongs to Darth Bane no I believe that Revan was chosen to be the, for lack of a better term, Pilot Light that would Ignite (inspire) Darth Bane's Fire that is the Rule of Two by the Force itself so that Anakin could one day be born because remember Anakin was only born due t Darth Plagueis messing with the midichlorians in an attempt to create life and Darth Plagueis himself is a part of the Rule of Two

Ina straight up fight none of the force users after bane era could beat him. The ancient Jedi and sith were just stronger and had more abilities. Tulak Hord could slay 1000s just with his lightsaber, n I'm sure so could exar kun and so could valkorions twins and Vaylen.Naga Sadow could make suna go supernova,Ragnos could give and take the force away to and from anyone ,Nihliies could suck the life out of planets,ect, ect....I just don't see sidious or Yoda beating any of the sith I mentioned or Jedi like Sateele Shan.
