There a stratigic weapon to, a fuse cant light when wet. Its their counter possibly to aposing bob-ombs and their cannons, which is why the red bob-ombs keep their cannons safe underground from water attacks.

If the other balls are also kings, I think Bowser just creates more King Bob-Omb’s. He DOES have a bunch of Bob-Omb factories, it’d make sense if the factories remake him whenever he dies

I agree. Also, in a mini game in mario Party, i believe that's what it's called. King bob-omb dies a few times but then falls back on screen from seemingly nowhere. So maybe that's a dispenser for King bob-ombs? (Btw ive never played the game)

there is also a theory for Wiggler (Which I just believe that theory is stupid) and King Whomp (Even added more evidence then the old theory for King Whomp)
Wiggler: It is said and seen that his body parts are used in the bowser fights
Debunk: It was just used to save on space and you haven't even fought Wiggler till the 3rd fight.
King Whomp: King Whomp complains that Whomp's Bodies are used just to build buildings and stuff. After you defeat him, a tower is built where he once was. There is a 1-up inside the tower which is his soul. Also, in BBH, The BIG boos make a Whomp sound when ground-pounded (Or in Mario Party "Hip-Dropped"). These are the spirits of dead Whomps.
Debunk: The big boo sound was just to save space. The 1-up is in a weird place but there are 2 even more obscure ones in the TTM Slide and Peach's Basement so it isn't that out of the question.
Props to you if you know which two 1-ups I'm talking about.

@Nin10doland: That his one possibility, however the other posibility his the power-stars itself his the king bob-omb, because if you look back at Super Mario Galaxy Rosallina says that Luma, star people can change, into object, planet, galaxy, and power-stars, and grand star, that does not mean once they are Power star, they lose the ability to transform into something else.

I think theres a big king pipe similar to the small bob omb pipes in galaxy and every time a king dies a new one springs from the pipe.
This is tecnically true because there can only be a certain amount of the balls and the 3rd ball replaces the king

Well I thought Bob-Ombs just "rebuild" themselves after exploding. I mean, the Partners in Paper Mario do not die either, after exploding. Also, when you go away from an exploded Bob-Omb in SM 64, they reappear even within the same level.
On one of the newer (but not newest) Mario Party games they said he can regenerate himself when he explodes. And 134th comment.

On Super Mario 64 DS on the original Star he throws bob-ombs so you can defeat him as Yoshi. Then on another star he said he refuses to admit defeat. And he also restyled his mustache, and you defeat him again, but like in the original Star, he doesn’t throw bombs, 💣 you have to throw him 3 times. And 136th comment.

Also maybe King Bob-Omb was beheaded after you beat him. Meaning they removed his arms and legs. And those are previous rulers at the bottom of the hill. Heads do roll after a revolution.

i know the truth the water bombs come from the cannon when your walking up the mountain you will see the bombs rolling down the mountain bomb on was killed bye Mario so on a foot race with koopa quick you will the the rolling bombs as you notice now there are 3 of them.
