- In this episode, we get all-terrain tires installed on the van!! Specifically, Toyo Open Country AT3s. These new tires make the van an ABSOLUTE BEAST and we can't wait to find more and more awesome camp spots, deeper in the woods. This is our first experience with all-terrain tires and our first impression is that they are AWESOME.
After those tires, we head up to Northern Colorado, preparing to head more north. The van life fun is only just beginning!!!

My 1997 custom high top 1500 Savana is one of a kind! I run 1” wheel spacers and all terrain tires all round. Also upgraded front and rear shocks. This van drives like a luxury SUV. It is not 4x4 and ground clearance is poor so being reasonable is my best off road feature.

What app do you all use to find your spots?
We use a few!! Boondocking, iOverlander, freecampsites.net are our favorites. We will be making a video on this topic very soon so definitely be on the look out!
