- DJI MINI 3 PRO BATTERY TEARDOWN AND REPAIR - @KSDAirPhoto . The battery is buyed from Aliexpress and has a issue. This battery came to me with fault of temperature sensor. The sensor shows -57°C and drone did not want to take off. I dismantle battery which is from non original manufacturer. its not dji. it is high capacity battery and weight 130gr. So the problem was founded fast. The contact pins of temperature sensor are striped. So i repair them and solder the sensor on his place. After testing i found that battery working perfectly. Hello, how can you modify that battery by adding more cells (lipo battery) so that it can last much longer in flight?

You wouldn't want to add more cells unless you added two extra in parallel, adding any more cells in series will alter the voltage and it from being a 2S battery. The problem is if you double the number of cells in parallel then you're going to be doubling the weight and will need a bigger case. Plus the extra weight will be putting more stress on the clip mechanism that holds the battery in place. If anything you'd just want to replace the stock cells with larger capacity ones.
Does the fake DJI mini 3 battery plus locks the bms after disconnecting/changing cells?
Tge clips on my original battery broke do you have a video to change the housing from an original to an aftermarket?
I need to replace the original battery enclosure as mine cracked (broken latches). Do you know if the original ones are glued together or are like the non-origiinal?

I managed to replace one of my batteries. I only used the part with the latches.@@ParadiseByAir
