The only problem is I'm starting to gain weight ( how do you stay so slim and perfect) So what i started doing is have a salad before I eat one of your meals and I'm eating a little less! Cooking has been one of the biggest challenges for me. I have hated cooking my entire life. I started with just one of your recipes and now I am cooking amazing meals several times per week thanks to you. You are funny and make cooking fun!
Little tip: keep some water you cooked the pasta in and add it to the sauce. Then add the almost cooked pasta in the sauce with the water and heat it until it’s al dente. It works for all types of pasta sauces.

My family loved this the first time I made this. Next time, I didn't have asparagus, so I used green beans, and added baby carrots that needed to be eaten or tossed. Yum!
