Great video Goose . Nice Kit 👌🏻
Thanks Ryan, appreciate you taking the time to watch
I've thought about running power windows but didn't like any of the kits I saw. I love how yours is setup with the handles. Thanks for sharing
Yeah that's why I went with this kit, thanks for watching
You can also add a fender washer with a bolt for that third hole where you didn’t have metal on the door panel just to make it more sturdy
I agree, and if you know how to weld, you can make this a lot stronger, and stable. All you would need is a few tack welds.
You can install the switch on the outside of the metal door instead of inside, allowing it more room. and there's clearance for the panels..
Good idea 💡
Do you know if this kit will work on all A body cars?? I have a 72 Grand Prix.
Can send the link for the kit and the crank handle
Could you have turned the crank switch 180 degrees (wires up) to get the metal you need for all three screws?
MAYBE BUT THE HOLE ON DOOR PANEL WOULD HAVE TO BE REDONE.
How do you like those regulates for the windows? Seen some flaws in the mounts they had, but all and all?
Love them but passenger side motor seems to roll up really slow
Are you still running manual cranks on your quarter window? Thanks for the vid! Nice car.
Yes I am!
@@goosseperformance1444are there any good power window kits for all 4 windows including the rear??
Good morning I was looking for the wire harnesses where could I get them ?
80z performance
who makes that window kit again?
In the description
Could u do this for the back
yes they have kits for both front and rears.
You just got the dash installed and then had to remove it again...
You must have not watched the entire video lol
@@goosseperformance1444 I watched it all but didnt really get what you were saying until I went back and watched it again after you replied.
poor lighting, back to the camera blocking the installation of the glass, video doesnt cover drilling the cowl or the doors for the wiring looms ( was that done before the car was assembled?)bolting in the new regulator is by far the easiest part of this conversion, drilling the holes for the wiring and the installation of the wiring boots is the most challenging, looks like you are using an after market wire boot..? how is it mounted? how and where are the holes drilled? @ 13:56 the wires magically show up coming through the kick panel area...@ 18:27 why is there a screw driver wedged into the glass guide? yes the red dash is nice, but how are the windows wired in for power?
Thanks for feedback
