The showers with only the knobs showing and the shower head at the top looks so much better asthetically. Minimalist is the best! Dont go with the pipe. Recently renovated myself and it looks so nice.

Just like you have experience this shop is for the Ghanaian Jones but the same type and brand sell cheap respectively you have to ship over cheaper way to get same things or much more superior quality

an often neglected factor is how much water per minute a shower head takes.
16 liter/10 minutes = 160 liter
6 liter/ 10 minutes = 60 liter
with 4 persons/1 day = 400 liter difference
with 4 persons/ 1 year = 146,000 liters of water difference

These prices are absolutely insane. 😂 Even here in the States, you wouldn't see these prices. Maybe this is an import markup, or this store just likes to overcharge to be more exclusive.

Toto, the most luxurious toilet makers aren't this expensive. Yes Ghana do have some of these nice stuff there is in America and Europe but let's be clear most are super expensive, it's best to compare prices and shipping costs then do the calculation. I believe even with shipping costs, some products are still cheaper from the US. For instance this bathtub I saw on Amazon which originally costs about $1200 is on sale for $560, plus $200 shipping cost it's $760....meanwhile I saw one on your previous video that costs about $1100 or more, now what do I buy? Exactly. Most of these products you'll always get on Amazon and wayfair on sale so to me some things are best to ship from abroad if you consider the price difference 🤷🏾♀️

I believe in buying Ghana to help the economy, but let's face fact, some contractors and family members and people helping you build, tends to inflate the price of a lot of stuff, you're better of buying your stuff from outside for them to just install for you, which is what I did.
