沖縄県国頭郡今帰仁村在住のガラス作家・Sunny drop 吉澤真一郎氏の制作工程を撮影したものをまとめました。
直径３センチほどの半球体の中に埋め込まれる小宇宙的なアクセサリー。
まるで発明されたばかりの電球のようなランプシェード。
作品たちに魅せられて、
「いったいこれはどうやってつくられているんだろう？」
という個人的興味から映像制作に至りました。
音楽は盟友の田沼伸彦氏
その繊細な行程とガラスの宇宙観をに見事に音楽に変換してもらいました。
毎回個人的な制作に付き合ってもらい頭が下がります。大感謝。

Japanese hippy with a great talent. I have an affinity for glass objects like that. Well done young man, those are excellent pieces. But if we're going to wear them they'll need to be thinner. I would love to see you make one of those four times the size as a stand alone piece for display.

I see a lot of people in the comments asking where can I find this guy to buy one of his pieces. Hundred percent if he’s a successful glassblower he’s on Instagram.
How much one of them cost to sell?

That’s not how it works. Glassblowers don’t need to find the customers. The customers have to find a glassblower. And typically you would just choose from what he has to offer. Not make request. Only a glassblower knows what he’s good at making.Taking requests from everyone doesn’t really fit into that standard

I've seen better. All flameworkers learn to do this kind of stuff within their first couple of months.
It's clean work, but its nothing crazy.
