    I am not Muslim but I am learning how to pray to Allah for my relatives that suffer at the hands of the evil in this world. I hope I am not disrespecting you or your religion by doing so. I believe that I should call to Allah for he is the power that protects Muslims, so I call unto him because I believe he will know how to help them the best.

      There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is His messenger
      Say the shahada, Allah is guiding you on the right path, if you are praying, you are a muslim already.

    The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is:
    “O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshiped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I knowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
    Transliteration
    If somebody recites this invocation during the night, and if he should die then, he will go to Paradise (or he will be from the people of Paradise). And if he recites it in the morning, and if he should die on the same day, he will have the same fate.” (Al-Bukhari)

Make dua that Allah allows you to witness the blessed day of Arafat and enables you to do many good deeds. May Allah give us the strength to fast, make extensive dua and keep our tongues moist in the remembrance of Allah on the day of Arafat. The best day of the entire year is the day of Arafat. Make dua that Allah allows you to witness Arafat. Wallahi I have seen the power of making dua on the day of Arafat and all my duas were accepted. Alhamdillah. I only recently began reading the Holy Quran and am just beginning to learn about making Dua. I didn't read looking for Dua prayers, but now I see them. I would not feel comfortable asking for things, except to be accepting of the fate chosen for me.

    • @derneuro9355
      @derneuro9355 Před měsícem

      Do not be shy to ask Allah S.W.T. for anything as much as you want. Dua is a form of worship, you get a good deed when you make it and Allah S.W.T. removes sins. Dua is a form of tawakul which means reliance on Allah S.W.T. For example if someone is sick, and he calls upon Allah S.W.T. to heal him, that is way of saying I trust that Allah S.W.T. can help me, otherwise a person wouldn't call upon Allah S.W.T. Prophets S.A.W.S. are best of people, and They S.A.W.S. called upon Allah S.W.T. and we are ordered to follow them, so do so. Ask Allah S.W.T. for anything.

    At this point making dua just feels like a chore. I think that it's not healthy to live in ur fantasy that one day your life will be what u wish for. It's actually worse for ur well being.
    It's just become very apparent that some people are luckier than others. Even if they are not Muslim.
    Tough pill to swallow.

    • @asmasultana3553
      @asmasultana3553 Před rokem +1

      We engage in the act of dua as a reflection of our status as Allah's servants and our recognition of our complete reliance on Him for all aspects of life, big or small. Dua is regarded as a powerful weapon for believers, enabling us to establish an intimate relationship and dialogue with Allah, in which we confide in Him and place our trust in His ability to meet our needs and alleviate our hardships, as He is Al-Mujib (The Responder).
