- We are testing all 450 bikes and the CR250 2 stroke in Monster Energy Supercross 3 today! I wish I could have found a better way to test the bikes around a track, but I just couldnt find consistency that way. This test worked best to hands down find the fastest bike in Monster Energy Supercross 3. I also show you my bike setup as well as tips for the whoop sections. And once you’ve practiced, you’ll be ready to challenge other players in the brand new Online Multiplayer Mode, now boosted with Dedicated Servers for a lag-free gameplay experience, and Race Director Mode to create amazing online tournaments, deciding from the players’ starting positions, to assigning penalties or choosing which cameras to focus on. Championship, Quick Race or Elimination Mode, players can choose their favorite game mode, browsing through Public and Private Lobbies to find their right match. There are many ways to show who’s the best Supercross rider!
After great success with the previous game, more than 53,000 tracks were created by our passionate community, the Track Editor is back and it’s better than ever: new modules and new stadium items to customize tracks in a unique way. Thanks to brand new aesthetic customization items, such as Tough Block, Finish Gates or Leader Pillars, players can now enhance realism and immersion of their custom tracks.
For Monster Energy Supercross 3 - The Official Videogame; developers worked hard to improve several technical aspects that will impact both graphics and the overall gameplay experience. Rider and secondary character models have been completely re-made from scratch with photo scanning that now feature a new set of animations. The new model system allowed us to add for the first time, a Female Rider model with its own animations and physics. Players can select a Female Custom Rider amongst different models to be the next Supercross Champion. Tracks are more alive, thanks to revised particles of fireworks, flames, dry and wet ground that are more detailed and realistic. On the gameplay side, physics has been completely revised to be adapted to the new riders’ animations and a new in-air bike control system has been implemented to improve bike handling during jumps.

I was a bit surprised that the Kawasaki was that far down the order. Maybe do 10 laps with each bike on a track. Then show us the best lap from each bike an compare how they performed. Add that with this test to compare further. Great video man. I enjoyed seeing the differences as far as pure acceleration an power goes.

I feel like when ur doing the whoops the best way to do it is go into the corner on the outside using half throttle getting the bike up on the forst one then i keep flicking r3/rs (while holding l3/ls down) really fast or right before every whoop(depending on size and spacing)

Honda feels smooth but I feel hella good on the husky. I ride like a 250 rider. Very pin it to win it type of guy so the husky felt like a 250 with more power and speed

I think the KTM and husky both 250 and 450 do really well in all conditions (especially heavy rain). You gotta think, you need a bike that gets back on the gas quick and corrects itself good when you case jumps.
My first choice when starting the game was the KTM. But I did like the Honda 450 more when I was sponsored.
I always felt like I was the smoothest on the Honda even tho I use the Yamaha all the time
I am surprised nobody figured the whoop thing out sooner, I got the game last week and in the first career race I was ridin the whole whoop section on the rear tire

I use both sticks through corners and whoops and I seat bounce with both too

Another way you could have done it with a track is have it run a rectangle around the large stadium with only the finish line jump. But overall it seems accurate especially with the RMZ considering it's the most outdated 4 stroke and the slowest real world bike right now.
They need to make that Suzuki better in corners. In real life they are in the top 2 best cornering bikes easily. Great video Windham keep it up!!

I have a strong love/hate for this game. I am just awful at it for some reason. I must be too used to the old MX Unleashed or something from the mid 2000-10s. Once Im out of rhythm on this one, Im done. Any tips?
Amazing video! Around the track I am more consistent on Honda, but on a single lap I am 0.3 seconds faster on a KTM.

To me the 450 Yamaha is the best bike in the game cause it’s not to fast so I won’t over shoot my jumps and it’s not to slow so I won’t case my jumps I ride pretty smoothly with that bike

Why does the game play so different on pc vs console? The motion blur isn't nearly as strong and blinding as in your videos Windham. The physics also seem more smooth
are the bikes modeled after the 2021s? or before
How are the AI I’m the game? I remember they were way too easy in the first supercross game and I could lap the whole field in a full race.

skyler troy yes I played it on the hardest difficulty. Some tracks the ai were really easy and others they were kinda challenging but if you kept your lines clean you would beat them.

I think 100 laps on each manufacturer on the same track would yield better data. Then take the average for each manufacturer

I always use the Kawasaki, I think it and the KTM are the fastest. I never use manual transmission on these games. I can do it in real life but not digitally lol
For sure all the bikes are really good. Some might perform better on the track than what I did in this test. Just a dumb test to see how Milestone decided to make them.

My top 3 were definitely Honda Husq and KTM. Ive learned from hitting level 300 to avoid Kawi, yamaha, and Suzki. Those 3 have always felt more slow. But I will say, Suzuki takes corners and turns better than anything. Just no speed
Ive seen someone else saying a similar thing. Definitely cant argue with you. I have tested them somewhat on tracks against each other, but Im very inconsistent with laps. They felt different, but the difference wasnt huge to me. Youve played more, so probably notice smaller differences easier.

@Dylan Roth I noticed barcia character is fast but I havent really ran the yamaha much...I'm guessing you ride a yamaha in person im sure whatever we ride in real life will be our preference on the game..but i ride a Honda and I've played the game on a kawi more than anything

Milestone needs to fix the weather in this game. At least give us an option to turn it off in career. It doesn’t even bother me that it’s almost impossible to ride a smooth lap in the rain. The thing that pisses me off is that the AI rides the track like its not raining. They will pull up to a triple going slow as hell and then just catapult it with ease. They gotta change that shit. It ruins the game for me

It's DLC. You can pick it up in the store on what ever platform you are playing on. Called The Great Legends Pack I believe.

250f yamaha is the best and ktm on 450
The cr250 is good but is too fast for a 250 2 stroke
it may be too fast for a 1986 cr250, but modern 250 2t are every bit as fast as a 450
I would suppose its to keep it competitive in the game even tho its a 1986.
Honda fastest. But Suzuki has best handling no doubt. So I run Suzuki just Bc I can hit corners faster
Yeah, I wish I could have tested them more accurate around tracks, but it just didnt seem consistent enough. This was the most readable results I could get.
Suzuki is worse. In MESX2 career that bike sucked in career compared to Honda, Kawi, Husky and Yamaha. Must still be the case in this new game.
