- Traditional English pancake crumpets made really easy with simple ingredients.
It is so delicious than it looks, and the chewy and moist texture is admirable.
Spread butter on the finished pancakes and drizzle with honey.
Jam and maple syrup are also good.
▷Crumpet Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 200 ml warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 g Instant dry yeast
