The palace is nice, but my first thought was, if I were to win the lottery would I really want to live in that tiny village where I know absolutely nobody and with nothing to do besides hiking? Who’s gonna go there? What’s the point of having 4 apartments to rent out when nobody wants them. I wouldn’t have that problem in a tiny village by the sea because people love the sea. You wouldn’t have trouble renting out the place by the sea at all.

Not really sure if I just watched an Italian Opera with Pavarotti singing from the tower, or a real estate presentation. This Villa and estate is magnificent and will be an extraordinary home or business for its next owner. In the meantime, can we stand and applaud this presentation. Wow! I am at a loss for words…almost. What an incredible and interesting property. It’s the Italian home of my dreams. I can just see a dozen lazy cats, all sunning themselves around the property and beautiful dogs running all around freely. Those kitchens were a cooks paradise. I love this property because there are so many options (for personal living and enjoyment as well as a ready-made revenue generating property). I look forward to these videos every week; and, yet at the end of each one, it is little bittersweet because now we wait a whole week for the next one to come. Thank you again Danilo.
This Villa could make anyone take a trip to Italy! *Healing waters!!* That sounds so miraculous and just lovely, and would want to go even for this reason! The further along you would go, on the tour, the better it kept getting! The fireplaces looked so cozy and warm. The only problem is I may get lost in the Villa? Am not great with directions, but in time and after getting lost a couple times I would probably somehow to figure this all out! lol An intercom would be such a nice idea for the area you would be living in any way with anyone else, as you may well lose them along the way when needed you would want to talk to them. Perhaps dinner would be ready or something? Such a fun time am sure in the swimming pool ad then looking at the landscapes and villages around you. Seeing the ski slopes and yet on the other side the lovely area of Umbria. Maybe it would take a bit to get it just how you want it, but this would be fabulous as it is now even. Think through, to have furniture included you would need to purchase it and that would be more? Or perhaps it stays? Thank you Danilo you are really a great person for giving these tours and the research on every piece of each Villa is done so very well. Very professionally brought to us for our consideration! The price is very fair and truly you could have a super home and also a business altogether in one place.

A small tech company could easily set up its research lab here, get a wonderful tax break, and provide its most prized employees with an inspiring environment conducive to collaboration and innovation. The daily walk up the hill is totally worth it. . . un pezzo di paradiso.

In such a small town, are the 5 apartments able to be rented for a good price while living in the first-floor owner's apartment? If so, it seems like a very good investment. I love the area- centrally located and near Rome, with very good weather. This is a fantastic property!

We had a holiday in this house a few years back. Lovely historic property, lovely little town and fantastic location. Still don't gave that lottery win yet though....such a pity....lovely memories of this place.
