Keep press vol down and power it will restart
You need loader mode by plug cable and press vol + and power
Also u need to install rockchip loader mode driver then loader mode will appear in flashing tool.if u feel it wasn't working dm me on facebook.com/ifhii

Some problems i ve encountered:
If "Device not found" > Install the driver ONLY from the downloaded folder !
If "Device failed" > You have installed the latest drivers from internet like a smart ass, you need to uninstall them and Install the driver ONLY from the downloaded folder !

I did device manager install drivers in win 10 used the win 8 x64 because i didn't see win 10 drivers and no options came up to select and install. i tried to use all the other x64 drivers and all the x86 drivers to vista.
Maybe i was using x86
