When Laslie was giving birth at home, her husband, Richard, brought a strange woman to observe. Karen was a family friend and was supposed to help the new mom with the baby. Leslie was nervous about letting a stranger so close to her child. But Karen already had kids and was quite skilled at taking care of the newborn. The girls became so close that Leslie asked Karen to be the godmother to the child. But things would soon change.
When Richard and Leslie were alone, he showed no interest in her or the kid. Yet, every time Karen showed up, he’d turn into a different person. Plus, he insisted that Leslie rest while he and Karen spend time with the child… and each other.
