- Watch this emotional cartoon animation to see how a woman took in a friend with a young child so she could escape her abusive husband.
In this story, the woman's peaceful night was disrupted by a friend seeking refuge. Although she initially agreed to help, the woman soon regretted it. Upon returning to her apartment, she found her friend in her bedroom, being intimate with a stranger. The weirdest part was that her bruises had mysteriously vanished! When the child started crying, the woman tried to comfort it while the male guest consoled the mother. The next time the woman got home, the couple was nowhere to be found... and neither was her jewellery!
That made her very suspicious, so much that she started questioning whether her friend's sobbing story was, in fact, true. After all, she didn't act as someone who had been a victim of violent actions...

Looks like the mother learned a valuable lesson, never take your marriage for granted because of the fact that you can lose everything in an absolute instant and that is a serious consequence no one is willing to live with whether they like it or not.

Geez… Lora was a real piece of work. I was suspicious of her from the start. She just took advantage of her very caring friend, Kate, so she could pretty much dump her motherly duties onto Kate while she did whatever she wanted. Seriously, girl? After everything she’s done for you?! I’m glad that her ex husband got custody of the baby, and Kate became her godmother.
I regretted helping my brother, I let him stay with me after he said his apartment burned down and a week later my DVD player, PS2, and my space heater was gone. Turned out he got kicked out of his girlfriend's house because he was a drug addict and he stole my stuff to make money to keep up his addiction. I got back my stuff from the pawn shop thanks to the police report I filed and I cut by brother off forever, 17 years and counting. He didn't even show up at our mom's funeral.
Ugh, drug addicts are among some of the WORST people! It’s even worse when someone in your own family is like that. I’m so sorry you had to go through that. 😢

I have my suspicious about Lora's behaviour from the becoming of the story as she claim to be an innocent victims as she tried to escape from her abusive husband but that turns out to be a lie as she turn out to be a devious woman who took advantages toward that woman's kindness as she only used her to take care of her daughter 👶for her selfish deeds. I agree with the moral of the story that while it's good to help someone in need but you really needed to be more careful because they might revealed their true nature later and take everything from you.

I have seen this nonsense before when I accommodated a female university mate because she couldn't afford a place of her own meanwhile she was always hanging out with her boyfriend and talked so loudly that I couldn't sleep at night. She behaved like a typical villager until I decided to relocate and she was forced to relocate. Her boyfriend came with her and parked her stuff. The boyfriend had a car and I was shocked he couldn't find a place for her. I know she kept going to him to have fun and come to my place to disturb my life. Thank God he liberated me. No matter the vacant rooms in my flat, I'm too scared to accommodate others wherever I stay.

I let someone like that into my rented apartment, because I thought she was in trouble and alone, and I know how hard it is for a young single woman to be alone in a foreign country (as myself back then) and she robbed, she stole money and of course, never paid rent or a bill. I eventually left her in my rented apartment with the deal to start sharing bills with my replacement and she never did! I still haven't forgiven and forgotten about this ordeal. 😢
