Well done Destiny…maybe you won’t leave after all…or gone already! The split pin fixing looks a tad basic…those pins are not wonderful things and I would be afraid they might break up….but it seems to have lasted about 40 years so I guess works! The car looks shiny…and new decals?? 😀😀😀Richard.
Destiny has started her new job already... we wish her all the best... maybe one day she will return....but I think she will enjoy her new job working with young people and old cars - better than working with old people ( me ) and younger cars !

The outer hole is to put a drift through so you can lever the Bush in to get the split pin in

That split pin top mount is rubbish by design..... Later Defender type with the nut is way better, but I understand the quest for originality 👍🏼
