Extremely interesting. It gives a new perspective for people who study "internal" martial arts, who like to talk about "moving with the dan tien" but often think it just means "moving your body as a single structure." By aiming his midsection at uke while entering for a throw, Choi is actually priming his body lever with a little bit of preliminary momentum. This is a great tip and I can't wait to implement this in my judo and shuaijiao practice.
