    500 grams/ml. whipping cream

    I used xanthan gum Nung nag ke keto diet ako, as alternative sa cornstarch and yeah iba yung lapot nya kesa sa cornstarch pag hinalo kasi hindi sya sumusunod sa galaw as in matigas na pero pag xanthan gum ang ginamit sumusunod sa halo kahit malamig na malalaman mo naman sa donut kung cornstarch ang ginamit or xanthan sa texture palang ng filing
