I had significant SNHL in both ears, Right greater than Left (High Pitches). However, I was able to get 100% Word Recognition. I have every symptom of Meniere's, including hallucinating the world in front of me is swirling and then "someone" shoves me to the ground as I lose my vision and hearing completely for a few seconds. I have injured myself a few times. I realized after the last fall, I seem to always fall to the left. The tinnitus is unbearable. I mean I CANNOT live with this noise in my head much longer. No one seems to feel any sense of urgency and THAT is extremely frustrating! My ENT is sending me to a neurologist, but that's not until Nov.22nd. Various Drs I called checking how far out their NP Appts are, 2/Jan and 1/March! Interestingly enough, they all asked me where I had my MRI done, and I said I haven't had one. They all said he should have absolutely ordered it by now. Now I don't know if I trust him. We shall see! 😏
