Since I learned of him dying though I’ve been doing my best to try and get tickets to a Joey Diaz show because as much as I expect that tank of a man to outlive us all, I don’t want to miss my opportunity again
@@youcantshimshamthezimmzamm5712 That's why I'm so glad I went and saw George Carlin before he passed. He was the absolute GOAT and I had to see him at least once. Tickets were kind of expensive for me at the time being a broke college student, but I knew I had to go for it while I could.

You could look at his situation and go "damn, you lost the job on SNL", but really he couldve entered one of 2 worlds; SNL mainstream bullshit or podcasting with joe rogan and theo and other legends! But when it all happened to Shane he probably thought it was the worst thing and everything would be over, whereas in my opinion he's made it out better than he would have if he had got the job!
