To sum it all up They won the lawsuit and Kim had to pay it back , it was close to 800 thousand dollars . And brandys mom gave them a chance to pay back the money and after so long they didn’t want to pay so she took them to court and won . Kim was brandys stylist so she had access to brandys money to buy things for brandy and she helped herself and let her siblings use the card as well. That’s why her and ray j broke up . I seen a few videos on CZcams talking about this about a year ago.

She was using brandy’s card supposed to be buying clothes for brandy and was buying the clothes to sell at dash . Then she let her siblings use brandy’s card too . And the mom chose not to press charges and just asked for the money back but after years of not paying back she sued them and won the lawsuit . And what’s sad is brandy put Kim on she even had her label hire Kim to be her stylist and flew her out everywhere on tour with her and everything .
