this hits home. everyone in my family has been in a relationship and I've been single for 22 yrs. The only difference is is that its even worse for me bc of my social anxiety, can't even go to the grocery store.
i have social anxiety too and i can assure you you'll be ok. i'm getting better but i don't feel social at times, but it's totally possible to overcome it and when you feel comfortable to go to the grocery score and prove your anxiety wrong, you're gonna nail it. wish you the best of luck, you're not alone
