    Great video objectively covering everything one needs to know.
    As a request, could you make a video/provide some content on:
    1. Ways to track real time gold prices
    2. Understand the factors influencing gold prices
    3. Analyse the price movements (the way we have TA/FA for stocks, something similar but for gold)
    I remember you mentioned this aspect of gold investing being tough but some content and knowledge on the above areas would be very helpful as retail investors to have the right knowledge for the asset class and help in diversification.

    While gold has rallied and given returns, in the recent past silver has outperformed. The argument that goes against investing in silver is higher volume and storage requirements as against gold. But this downside is remedied by digital assets. So requesting you for some content/a video on understanding and analysing silver investing.

    The spread for Digital Gold is ~6% only. This spread usually is a break up of commission (by partners+ platforms (~3%)) & the GST (3%). Hence the total gap of overall instant loss is 6%. With that, Digital Gold will be 3rd on the list only leading by Gold ETFs & SGB. Also, it requires no Demat or KYC vs ETFs/SGB which is where this product is placed. You can check for tax between both once to conclude ETFs vs Digi Gold post Apr'23

    Shrehith it is always a pleasure to consume your content. Just wanted to clarify my understanding, SGB is not backed by physical gold. So in worst case if the economy collapses. You might not get the benefit whereas in other cases you would be able to retrieve value. Your thoughts on this please?

    • @chandraprakashgupta5471
      @chandraprakashgupta5471 Před 11 měsíci

      It's a sovereign bond backed by government. In an unfortunate event of economic collapse, if it comes to govt defaulting, even all our money in banks won't be safe.
      So yes physical Gold gold would be better in those scenarios. It's upto investors to be aggressive, moderate or play safe. In my opinion SGBs are already a safe bet, but do allocate some amount to physical Gold as well. But I guess, our women's gold already serve that purpose 😊

    If you are buying gold for marriage purposes ... And say you're planning to get married within a year or so.... Then I think gold coins are the best way to go ... Because u would be planning to buy jewellery by selling coins .... So no buy sell price difference.... And usually reputed gold shops have monthly payment schemes which lets u get rid of making charges too ...

      ================
      Nope. this is very simple. The social media creates a lot of hue & cry of it just to sensationalize. Its not that big deal. let me explain. In countries like ours Govt has all the money of our taxes & decides where to spend it & can use as much money as it wants for its own govt costs without being bound by Budget provisions. But in USA constitution works differently. There the Govt has a fixed budget & if it runs out of money say in 8 months of the year, then Govt can take debit (Just name sake its called a loan) and use bit more money than what budget has provided for. If the Govt exceeds that debt value, then senate needs to approve else Govt can not honor its expenses like Milk bill or Paying salaries or even to pay its Ambassadors in foreign countries. It can not even honor its cheques given to Vendors & Military salaries etc are all stopped. so this will be big loss of face to USA & its dollar value will fall like crazy & economy will tumble. Every one knows that its impossible to happen for this simple silly reason but Its an opportunity for opposition to create hue & cry, do some drama & finally approve it in last minute. Its not lack of cash. Its just a technical threshold. If USA economy falls, all senators & their companies will loose trillions of dollars of value. It will be insolvency & such defaults never happened even in countries like NorthKorea, "Napak" Napakisthan & even Iran who hardly have money. So treat this just as political slug fest & drama. Nothing more. Unsubscribe the channels on youtube who just used this opportunity to get some clicks with over sensationalizing of this news. this debt ceiling is met early these recent years due to inflation.,.
