Denied- Should be zero scope in fact where everyone has to be respected. Empathy is always sits on top rated to everyone. Thanks
If Tata needs to go diabolical then, Tata can accept the demands of the vistaara pilots. Start the functioning and commence mass hiring of yhe pilots in lower salary, increase salaries of Air India pilots to slightly higher level so that they don't leave. Layoff the pilots with high end salaries post mass hiring. Else if they want to go soft then balance out the salary components of both vistara and air India to a compromising level by increasing budget.

Power of Unity❤
Let SIA Group who are shareholders to manage both Airlines.
I liked the unity amongst pilots
There are so many pilots available here. If they don't agree with Tata then they can kiss their job goodbye. Tata can hire someone else.
@@aasamspb967 undoubtedly talent is abundance in India but all positions cannot be filled at once and definitely that’s loss for Tata on a temporary basis
@@tanuja14rose key words :- temporary basis
For Merger and acquisitions this is quite normal
Please mention that they got a 67℅ salary cut while the work cut was just 43℅ so now they get:-
43℅salary for 57℅ of the original work + Pilot experience is very important for promotion and salary increment. Please pin or mention in a separate part.
It is better to make three divisions under one umbrela of tata aviation
1.economy service class
2.avg service class
3.premium service class
And pay the pilot accordingly.
I am not a aviation expert but just from a common understanding.
If vistara pilot get less pay than what they get now, they will be agitated.
Whatever class a passenger gets in his category, pilot need same skills regardless of food served in aeroplane. So why pilot should accept variation in salary due to food served inside plane ?
They have to work less too
No use of any protesting
They will eventually find replacement for the pilot shortages
There might be other options that they can consider. Let’s say an option to moonlighting. Just an idea! It might work or it might not.
flying is a serious business, hopefully ratan tata and his key people will take thr right decision. I will come to an amicable figures until i find suitable replacements. vistara and tcs are two different segments.
Vistara should be made a Premium option. Merger would only reduce standards.
But but tata is kind saaaar
🤣🤣
Ratan tata is god sarr😂😂
They can be less egoistic and start selling new tata cars for cabs too as it is the quality that builds brand value and nothing else
I hope tata can handle this use
I don’t know whether the issue still exists : If yes - Merger is always for better. Richness take into count only for the passengers by providing extra amenities. Fly technology to fly is similar to all. Streamline with effective communications is best approach. Acceptance- Long run perks or some kind of value added stuff.
Where are the people who always praise tata 😂😂
Leave all these things the way you explaining I am watching this short from 30 min ... aye Haye 😊😊..
Middle path... 50 hrs.. For both..
They could be not Tanishq like already!
Ratan Tataji would take riteous steps.
vistara should compete with Air India and maintain its identity as a premium airline.
Call PIA pilots. They are known to have Forged flying licenses since decades. Many looking for jobs 😅
I don't have any idea about work hours of pilots but don't 70 hrs is too much higher thn usual?
Corporate conglomerate do not care for anyone, except profit.
The same goes for Tata group too.
There is no sense in the merger. In place of upgrading AI to Vistara standards, they are downgrading Vistara. Absolutely irrational.
Vistara as premium facility should get more incentives so either make Air india similar or transition of pilots on performance pay else change rules of 40 hrs/ month
One nation one business one rule
What do you think?
come up with a gradually making the hours the same say over 5 years.. it gives more time for pilots and Tatas as well.. it is a win win
Many of Tata ventures are actually big failures. TCS is completely stagnated zero growth. Big basket is too costly vis a vis Reliance Fresh & Dmart. Air India contonues to bleed losses. Let Vistara be a seperate entity and run as a premium airline
It is certainly believable about the Company like TATA that higher salary to the pilots would result in huge losses of the company. So the pilots should sit with the management to find an amicable solution accepting some sacrifices for keeping the company live.
Haha I can actually relate the scenario to my company n payroll....but only difference is we don't have any support for a protest 😮😢
The new owner has the right to make necessary changes as per his new plans for better long term future of the organization. Employees should follow the rules so long as they're not removed/retired.
Habibi ... This is tata... They start to think from where we stopped thinking....
TATA would find a balance ⚖️ of it and try to stay much time in market unlike any other org.
I quote myself “PILOTS ARE EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS REPLACEABLE”
I think they reached on conclusion this they don’t need vistara flight they had enough with Air India
They should continue with Vistara, as it's a much superior service than the other two
Why Tata Group engage in everything? They should work in their core competencies like Steel, Auto and I.T.
Meet them and say both sides will get 55hrs and variables I think that is good all round
That is tata .he has a solution.
We do not think
They are a cheap group and bribes political parties in names of charity. They do not respect and exploit the workers/employees.
Are you founder of Paradyse(hair color brand)?
Continue pilot contracts as they were per merger simple.
well , hes tata he can do anything he wants, so really hard to guess
This type of merger was not necessary but expect more of such things in the future. Only few are allowed to be a top. Rest all are here to be slaves. This is common practice here. 😢😢😢
Just had bad experience with Air India yesterday, they may have become TATA but their behaviour, service , quality is still Sarkari
As far as i know salary of captain is 7 to 9 lack rupees per month
And it tales around 6 years to become a captain 😊
Ratan Ji...will find a way to solve it....
If both are Indian companies,,, they must not indulge in the cut throat compitition.... difference must be the least.
So that's why my flight got cancelled and i have been given an alternate flight 🤔🤔
❤❤❤
