Technically is his second kill (Emilio being the first). But yeah....
@@peshvanpatel843 True,but one would be considered self defense and the other would be considered first degree murder (I'm speaking in legal terms,and I'm kinda guessing here, don't really know the difference between the degrees lmao)

WALTUH TURNS INTO HEISENBERG
It's almost scary how accurate you go all the character's poses very similar to the ones from True Detective. For example, you got Tuco with his arms raised like that suspect from that cult in True Detective's intro.
The choice of having broken plates splitting Walter's face into cracks is incredible, easily as good as the original design of the highway overlayed on Martin making him look like a skeleton.
The shot of Jesse burning while the hat of Heisenberg towers over him is so depressing :( I know people say El Camino is unnecessary but I'm glad Jesse was able to get peace.

I don't know why people didn't like El Camino, I loved it! Yes, it was already implied Jesse had gotten away, but it was a cool side-story to show Jesse's point-of-view and how he'd change so much over the course of Breaking Bad.
People seem to only care for plot rather than character, hence why fly is the lowest rated Breaking Bad episode.
I don't care if it's filler - filler can be great - as long as something is entertaining, reveals character, and evokes emotion.
El Camino was unnecessary, but it was fantastic!

This actually would’ve fit perfectly as the intro to the show instead of the one it has, it fits the vibe so well even more considering that Vince Gilligan has said that breaking bad is a modern western

I don't think it fits too well. Breaking bad was dark, not as much as true detective I'd say though, but it didn't have the same bleak, grim, hopeless themes

expertly crafted, wow this wasn't just some images from breaking bad smacked on a True Detective intro and calling it a day, but really recreating it through story elements. Really amazing job and i can't imagine how long that rotoscoping must have taken!
This remains the best "True Detective style" video on the internet. There are some that are well done technically, but they fall flat when it comes to the imagery, or overdo it and come across as confusing rather than instantaneously striking. This one nails it just as well as the original with some truly beautiful shots packed with meaning that resonate with the themes of the show.
Absolutely breathtaking. And easily the best fan-made tribute to either show I've ever seen. The frisson... I have goosebumps everywhere. 0:41 always gets me, though I'm not sure why. Incredible work.

Wow, this is fucking amazing!! Not only did you nail the aesthetics from the True Detective intro (which on this level is tricky enough). But I'm also blown away by the choice of shots and imagery you pulled from Breaking Bad that fit perfectly. And then you topped it all of with some nice details & easter eggs, like the the teddy bear's eye, the broken plate, the fly or the floating Heisenberg hat, or the plastic barrel instead of water tower. This is just plain awesome!
