What bat would you recommend for a bbcor first timer?

Me personally the voodoo one the thing is it’s always sold out but it’s very light swinging and still a lot of pop

I think it really really depends on if you have been swinging wood or heavier bats to begin with. I wasn’t required to swing a BBCOR bat until 9th grade but had been swinging wood since i was 8 and a BBCOR bat since I was 12.
For me the transition was easy by the time I had to swing BBCOR so I could swing anything.
BUT…. If you where a player who went from a drop 8 ( don’t laugh. I see it all the time ) or a drop 5…. I would lean toward a very light MOI Bat like the Rawlings Velo.
If you want a balanced bat you could go with a Quatro.
I would ALSO **important** go with the shortest BBCOR bat you could find. Sometimes that a 30 or 31 if you are new to that drop 3 weight.
Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.
