I think it really really depends on if you have been swinging wood or heavier bats to begin with. I wasn’t required to swing a BBCOR bat until 9th grade but had been swinging wood since i was 8 and a BBCOR bat since I was 12. For me the transition was easy by the time I had to swing BBCOR so I could swing anything. BUT…. If you where a player who went from a drop 8 ( don’t laugh. I see it all the time ) or a drop 5…. I would lean toward a very light MOI Bat like the Rawlings Velo. If you want a balanced bat you could go with a Quatro. I would ALSO **important** go with the shortest BBCOR bat you could find. Sometimes that a 30 or 31 if you are new to that drop 3 weight. Hope it helps. Let me know if you have any other questions about it.
Yeah for some reason my QR code isn’t working
Very helpful review. Thanks.
Great job kid. Keep up the hard work.
What bat would you recommend for a bbcor first timer?
Me personally the voodoo one the thing is it’s always sold out but it’s very light swinging and still a lot of pop
