Here’s a tip. Lure bosses to the basket if you can and do not kill them right by the shoreline where the eggs are hard to reach. In high tide you just need to kill everything and throw them into the basket I don’t even know the strategy much.
Learn the strategy and go be a good teammate.

It blows my mind how you guys can get almost 50 eggs a wave meanwhile when I play casually, my team can barely reach the quota after every wave
I mean I've seen enough waves where we get about twice the quota because the wave simply didn't throw any real punches, but sometimes the quota is an issue. Especially if there are 2 flyfish, 3 stringers, 2 drizzlers and a big shot alive. That's a lot of pressure and a lot of golden eggs that haven't been collected yet.

With the new ability to save scenarios to play in private matches, the concept of competative salmon run might be more possible. You can make sure the teams are running the same maps with the same modes and boss spawns.

If you do it again you can have the reward be the post-story-mode Grizzco statue.
They should have this as a option for salmon run itself. You get 8 people to compete in getting eggs, but of course they’re in separate servers so there aren’t *8 players in a salmon run* the totals are counted up, and you get more if your team wins, while the losing team just gets half the multiplier for their score.
8 man Salmon Run sounds both incredibly chaotic but also very fun… 😆
