Not what I was expecting considering the hype on other channels. The ceiling design is too " in your face", they didn't tuck the stopcocks and water heaters away and there isn't recessed space to hang the curtains... I wouldn't want to nail curtain poles on that walls 🤔
Just an observation, I noticed that almost every Ghanaian home I've seen being advertised has these flashing lights, is it a West African thing?
I had same thought, I enquired and I was told that's those lights flicks due the the reflection or proximity of the camera. It's basically the FPS of the cam is not aligned with the frequency of the electricity. It's not an African thing 😊

just to let you know, it doesn't really flash/flick, its just the camera, only notice when i visited one, the camera make it look like its flashing but they all just normal ceiling lights

An unnecessary swimming pool that is barely big enough for a "swim."and is a complete waste of space. Why are these properties always devoid of greenery? A nice large green garden would have completed the vastness of this property.
Lol because there are weeds and bushes everywhere in Gh, people don't really incorporate greenery into their homes. Most Ghanaians don't see the point of letting a gardener in and out of their homes. It's kinda having an exposure too, ex pats and diasporas consider having some form of greens.
Hehehehe it's just 4 bedrooms but on 2 storeys. That should tell you about the desperate attempt to fit everything in there. The pool is unnecessary, you can't see the other end when someone is drowning on that side. The exterior aesthetics looks good but...😊😊
