I do believe it’s a well designed house but it can’t be the same cost as would be in America. That’s expensive for Ghana but still a lovely house.
Houses in America are made of wood and cardboard...this house is made of bricks/stone it has better quality and durability....

So who is going to buy this house maybe you. That’s nice for you if the money is cheap for you. Also materials to build in Ghana should be a lot cheaper that America.
