This house sets the standards for luxury living in Nigeria. Lagos developers should learn from this developer, it's actually the first time I'd be mind blown by a house tour in Nigeria. Perfecto... Please tour more houses by this developer before you leave Abuja

I’m British so I googled the house price for the five bed which comes to around £500,000 which for that quality of a smart house, en-suites, beautiful kitchen and much living space is amazing. The only thing I would say is the lack of garden space however it’s really not a problem as the other things make up for it. I’m really impressed with this house and it’s modern features plus it’s my first time seeing a Nigerian house, this just contradicts everything about how the west views Nigeria as a ‘slum’ whereas it’s a beautiful country which has amazing room for growth and improvement.
