The worst bit was that in Ralf Rangnick, Man Utd had a Director of Football who knew what the club needed and when he told the board what was needed they sacked him because that was easier than implementing the changes that he suggested.

RR wasn’t sacked, it was a mutual parting of ways. Before RR left, he signed a non disclosure agreement with United to not discuss any United business (or lack thereof) publicly as you rightly mentioned.

I don't really understand Simon Jordan's often-repeated argument that we can't criticise Tod Boehly's spending because it's his money and he can do what he likes with it. At the end of the day, Chelsea have a certain amount of resources that can be spend in-line with FFP, and so it is a valid criticism to question how these resources are being utilised - it's not a matter of Boehly's money so Boehly's problem, it's Chelsea's problem if he's unwisely wasted tons of money on rubbish players that fill up the squad when those funds could have been used in a more prudent way.

How many clubs fans think their club needs a "reset"? New owners, new managers, new players, new tactics, etc etc. It's a moan as old as football itself. What makes it worse is the fact when it comes to the bigger clubs there seems to be a bit of a whiff of entitlement about it. We should be winning because we used to and now we're not. Well that's football. No club gets to be dominant forever. It's currently Cities turn but it won't last forever. Spurs, Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle may be next in line. Or maybe another club will come along. Only time will tell.

I appreciate the Glazers cannot solely be blamed for what is happening on the pitch, the managers and players must take some measure of responsibility for that but we'll only be able to salvage something of our corroding legacy by ousting the toxic owners and start employing competent and knowledgeable football people. Forget about bringing in the latest foreign 'tactician', United need to get Ten Hag out of the Club ASAP and bring in a Neil Warnock, A Roy Keane, A Harry Redknapp, A Sam Allardyce, a proper man manager to come in until the end of the season. A manager that will shake up that dressing room and get the toxic bad eggs finally out of the Club, like Sancho and Martial, and anyone arrogantly laughing at those suggestions, guess what, you're totally clueless about football.

manure have a lot of haters and it’s not because they have a lot of fans. For every 1 manure fan you will find 2 Liverpool fans. The thing is their fans are people who don’t even know offside rules and majority of them are Indians. The only reason manure make more revenue is because of David Beckham and majority of people who don’t watch sports buy manure stuff as gifts to other people just because this people think they like sport.

United wont progress until theu get a CEO that is wualified to do the job (an accountant with a few years experience working at united wasnt enough when united were stablr, and thr accountants understudy isnt nkw they are in full blown crisis) also a DoF who has worked at least in chsmpions league level clubs is also required, not Mutrough whos experience consists of backroom work at Everton and Fulham. And from what i understand, he was okay in those....is okay at everyon anf fulham enough to turn united around, ylu need excellent at bloody baraca of Juve at this point. If you want an example of how bad things are at the club at senior level look at the recruitment process, and i dont mean who they have baught bit how.....dirjering and delaying all window....running arlund europe and not geyying deals over the line then paying over the odds for panic buys and then putting them on very high wages......and lets get onto wages, Ed Woodward and Richard Arnold were complicit in instigating a rediculous wage policy that over paid players by a considersbke margin, fromma footballing perspective it has broken the squad and shows a complete lack of footballing knowledge. From a fiancne perspective it makes sense, in thst you can use the wage asa way of overinflating the value of an asset if you want to show to banks you are asset rich when trying to borrow more cash....but its creates a situation where poorly recruited players cant be moved on because other clubs wont pay the wage......united has been run by these people fllor a decade.....sack them and then get rid.kf the manager

Darwin’s deal could get up to £80 millions with add ons, but his growth, attitude and performances have shown his budding world class status. Grealish cost more than both and has barley scored.
