Straddle Stretch - 10 breath sequence

- This is a 10 breath per side, followed by 10 breaths in forward reach in the seated straddle stretch. This is a beginner version with elevated hips. I'm using a 25 pound bumper plate to sit on. You can start with something of similar thickness like a thick book or yoga block. As you improve you can progress to sitting on the floor.
