    Do you guys make up your own workouts, or are they “prescribed” by team trainers? 🏃‍♀️🍩🥚

      Good question, up to athletes if they want to follow team lifts or work with a trainer. I get my workouts from my gym

    How much lifting gets done during the season? And are there weight facilities at minor league ball clubs? Keep up the good work!

      Usually it’s still 2-3 days of lifting a week, the intensity goes down & it’s based around your outings

    What lower body workouts do you do consistently other that deadlifts? (Looking for more lower body baseball workouts)

      Squats, split squats, box step ups, lateral lunges, barbell RDL’s single leg work

    How much weight have you lost during the course of last season or you try to make it a point to not lose your offseason gains at all?

      Last season my weight stayed about the same, lost a bit of muscle & gained a bit of fat but overall goal is to stay about the same weight
