The Fiat 126 is not 2-stroke, it’s a 2 cylinder 4-stroke. When you go to the trouble of making a video please make sure the content is accurate.

All of these cars can be imported and have been imported into the US or even sold here. Most are low production and can be sold and owned in the US under show and display. The rest are over 25 years old and are exempt from emissions (with the exemption of the last years of production of the rover mini and the VW beetle 2000 forward). As far as the 8C spider. It was also low production but just under 40 were sold new in the US

Rubbish. None of these are banned in the US. They just weren't sold there. There's nothing to prevent a private buyer from importing them.
