So humbled. I work out most days and with you once or twice a week but sometimes I go back in the archives and try a new workout and I am like AAAHHH. And my quads were dying the next day. Did not even attempt to put up my leg for the slide planks but will work towards it!. Thank you for your creativity and kindness. Your energy helps me as much as the workouts!
LOL, I workout 6 times a week and this is one of the hardest workouts I've ever done, particularly the triceps section with the band. Thank you Kaylie for a fun challenge! Definitely humbled!!

What a challenging workout. A note to those who have wrist issues that this is going to be brutal on the wrists especially during the tricep dips part. Would be nice to perhaps some modifications for some of the more sensitive joints but then again the title does say ADVANCED barre sculpt :p
You can always use weights underneath your hands if your wrists are sensitive! 🥰 that will keep your wrists in a neutral alignment
This class was so challenging i fell asleep on my mat hahaha and everytime kaylie says you got this i'm like *while panting & semi dying* --yes yes i got this i got this hahahaha thanks for another wonderful class, Kaylie! no joke tho i really did fell asleep on mat drenched in sweat hahaha! time for a bath now! lol
