    This was such a great workout.
    I've always been an avid fan of your creative vinyasas, so I wanted to branch out a bit. Landed on this video, and I almost died.
    10/10 would do again.

    I loved this class!! I have a question in terms of knees and elbows, I found myself unable to do the side plank exercise because my elbows were hurting from so much weight on them and pressure, what would you recommend?

      Drop down to one (or both) knees to distribute the weight more evenly!
