Thank you for the information. When we try to import a 3D model from iPad files, the file is grayed out. We tried many file formats, but it did not work. Any work around?

hi. We tried to import a GLB file(20M) on iPad and we controlled the triangle under 240K. But it still didn’t work. It always say: keep <0> triangles.
