I'm on a keto diet and eat daily meat, fish, chicken ,eggs, butter, ghee, salad, and low glycemic fruits..... Low carb, moderate protein and high fat diet..... Tabhi bhi mera cholesterol aur triglycerides and sugar level normal hai..... 🙂....
Jab resistance power khatam ho jaayegi toa phatt ke hasth maen aa jaayegi. Age ka bhi hota hai. Lagga jaayega patta.

Instead start using pure desi ghee or pure mustard oil ,gud,bura and Himalayan salt and do regular walk or exercises for at least 20 to 30 minutes

Just eat a very low carbohydrate diet and choose your fats wisely. Do plenty of exercise and relax. Eat salad with cold pressed olive oil with every meal. If the T levels are very high please take prescribed medicines and of course stay away from alcohol.

Our elders took lot of Prasad made of ghee and carbs but they were very healthy..my mother's doctor died before her .

Correct in one case cancer patient didn't like to take chemo therapy and went on taking naati vaidya medicines took it fr 6 months and gone to stage 2 to stage 4 cancer .. Cancer bud gaya and again went to hospital and in the last stage of cancer was un able to take chemo and fr 2 months struggled with lot of pain and left this planet at the age of ೫೨ years leving behind a daughter, one son and husband, sooo sad 😢😢

मेने घी तेल मिठा सब खाना छौडा पर ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम ना हो 200 से 250 पहुंच गया परन्तु कैस्ट्रॉल कम हो गया और मेरे खोज के अनुसार आयुर्वेद मे ट्राइग्लिसराइड्स कम करने की कोई जडी बुटी है ही नही ट्रगलसाईड का बढना पैनक्राईटिस रोग का होना है
