    This chewy caramel candy tastes like your childhood.
    It’s a toffee caramel type of candy, which is soft and melts in your mouth.
    It isn’t difficult to make these caramel candies, however it’s strictly necessary to use a kitchen thermometer, not only to control the temperature, but because this is exactly what determines the softness of the candies, which must be cuttable.
    Without controlling the temperature, the caramel candies may get either too hard, impossible to be cut with a knife, or too soft, because they were undercooked.
