I've always thought E60 M5 stock intake system was pretty efficient and this video just proved just that. Thanks for this comparison and for saving me money. I'll keep my intake stock and put my money elsewhere.
Good call! Stock boxes with stock or AFE drop in air filters is the way to go!

the only intake system that is better and actually gives some HP with an ecu tune is the evolve eventuri cold air intake with scoops, which employs the eventuri effect
I love your videos. I have a car like this in Israel, the latest 2010 v10 model that came out at the moment. It has 88,000 kilometers. I bought it for 3,000 kilometers. I've had it for 14 years.
