When are the BBC going to apologise to Jeremy Corbyn for assassinating his character?
No matter how much I dislike the tory party including the current gov, I will never forget what the parliamentary and establishment Labour party did to Corbyn. This includes the right-wing snake in the grass, Starmer
The sad fact that this doc was produced by al jazeera means that the majority of the British public will never see it.
Which indeed is a shame, particularly when people who were highlighted in Al Jazeera's earlier documentary on Israeli lobbying in both the Labour and Conservative parties had the audacity to claim to be and were treated as victims of anti-Semitism by Panorama literally a few years later.
Well it's up to is yo share it to as many people as possible. Don't let them get away with it.
Part 3 has now been blocked in the UK underscoring the power of certain lobby groups.
@@listersmith2766 I wondered where it was
@@listersmith2766 Haven't watched the first and second parts yet, but my vpn will work wonders for watching episode 3 :)
Corbyn's only flaw was being too decent a human being for British politics; and it is a damn shame that is an actual flaw
There aren't many decent people in Parliament. But Corbyn is a gem. He actually wants what's best for us.
hear hear
That and he has no sense of politics
Totally agree with you! and what does it say about politicians when kindness and care of peoples wellbeing is considered a threat and a flaw? Yet people get sucked back into the lies!
I also found him to be severely lacking in the "leadership" department. He could lead by example, but couldn't rally support/resources or sell his ideas properly.
It's an age old addage. Those who'd be best at leading are rarely good leaders. Those who're good at leading shouldn't be allowed to [as they're full of s**t).
Kudos to Al Jazeera for documenting this.
Why isn't Corbyn suing the crap out of this lot !?! 😤

@@boblazar1976 yes I get you and maybe this latest documentary will reveal the truth. I am sharing this with everyone
A great documentary which highlights how disgusting this smear campaign was.
Which documentary? The BBC's?
Mind you, the goals and interests behind it. Brexit was a conscious coup against the interests of the British people. Cambridge Analytica's action should have warned the people that millions flooded in, to make Brexit happen. Thus people from the Labour may have been bought, let alone manipulated all to stop Corbyn and have the Tories win the country, read let the bankers own it. And now it's very clear who wins and who loses because of Brexit. Follow the money.
There wouldn't have been a smear campaign if Corbyn wasn't so politically incompetent.
Aljazeera's documentary series The Labour Files shows only the tip of the iceberg that sunk the Labour Party under the machinations of Starmer and his pro-Israel lobby.

Should Corbyn not sue for defamation and libel?
Yes, I believe he should have sued but itsxan expensive business these days.
Absolutely nothing on the BBC about this... 🤔
This is unacceptable this happened to Jeremy Corbyn and the record should be set straight !!!!!!
Its a shame what the BBC has become.
If and when I am looking for truth and intelligence,I trust Novara Media. These young people are a breath of fresh air when we are living in a fog of corrupt government.
Unfortunately, the BBC has been in the hands of the Tories for years, and lost there reason for existing.
The BBC is in the hands and pocket of Bill Gates who is it's biggest donor. When you want to know who's pulling the strings follow the money.
The fact this isn’t headline news is disturbing to say the least. I won’t ever vote Labour under Starmer.
It was outrageous they used everything and anything to remove me Corbyn. Shame on them
Urgh. These people are disgusting.
Starmer the snake must go.
The lie has travelled twice around the world before the truth has got its boots on
That's their playbook, same in the US. Allow the lie to spread, catch hold & grow roots, then make the retraction in fine print, months later. 😒 It's manufacturing consent, straight up.
Too bloody late now....Look what we've ended up with and our trajectory for the foreseeable is dire!!
Thank god the Tories have been in government during the pandemic and the cost of living crisis.
If Labour had been in, the press would have made it so no Labour government would ever be elected again.
No matter what decisions they made, how conservative they were with spending they would have been nailed to the mast forever for all of it.
They still talk about Labour causing 08 even after everything they have done...
Fascism is on the rise, everywhere around the world. I'm American & it's obvs happening there, too. (After they did the same to Bernie as Corbyn! 😭) The ruling class, as well as liberals, will always side with fascism before they side with a people's movement. Cut a liberal & a fascist bleeds. 😞
Never a truer word said! But then, we can now feel pretty sure that this was orchestrated. My word, they're craftier than the devil himself!
Cons are so incompetent even relatively to previous cons so we will probably see starmer pm ...but when is the next election? Good idea to change this? I mean he hs basically culled leftwingers.

YES YES YES!!!!
I haven't watched the BBC for years and feel better for it.
It is pleasing when blatant liars get caught out eventually.
So Starmer paid out £470,000 for the character assassination of Jeremy and his team . That is how desperate the establishment got for the status quo not to change from corporate to the people ,
Jeremy C is transparently a very decent human being. His life in politics is filled with campaigns against racism. That this concerted MSM campaign was launched against him, was clearly to ensure he never became PM. No major media company came to his aid at the time.
For me, the very interesting question is why, were so much of the establishment against him? Was it because he promised to bring genuine democracy and a more egalitarian society to this country? Notice how silent the Guardian was at the time. Ditto with Julian Assange by the way.
The MSM are in on the plot, it’s a plot to ensure the status quo is maintained.
If people stop buying newspapers things would improve.

Can't we just have Corbyn back already? He'd actually get labour elected. And do well for the country.

he would not get Labour elected , too much of the Labour base & neutral parties have been set against him and are not liable to ever change their views or at least not easily, he 'might' win an election purely off how bad the Cons are doing, but he'd be a detriment and lose votes the party may otherwise recieve , especially from Con protest votes some of which are already stating they're voting Labour one time at the next election , those would likely not vote for Corbyn
@@matthewhook3375 Because some devils destroyed him and this country.
Imagine if this hit piece was aimed at Johnson? The BBC would never have gotten away with it
You wouldn't have to write a hit piece with lies and sinister music to set the mood. Just list the facts.
why not ? Johnson's incompetence is not exactly a secret
The way in which Jeremy Corbyn was treated by various media media organisations and institutions was absolutely shocking. And it should be brought out into the open how shocking it was. There have to be voices however few they are that keep highlighting that fact.
Who would love someone if he / she is honest ? If he gets to be the PM, then establishments and fox in lamb's attire (rich labours and rogue businesses) will all have a run.
Democracy in Britain was overturned by rightwing forces including a hostile mainstream media and BBC.
It's not shocking, it's what I was expecting. The simple fact is bojo got voted in because he went around shouting GET BREXIT DONE the workers class of this country agreed and gave him a landslide victory. The antisemitism arguments had fcuk all to do with Corbyn not being elected
I knew it, I absolutely knew it and said so at the time. Having met Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonald, I knew when the allegations came out that it was a hit job. No way would either of them support a racist policy. Im back to feeling angry about it again.
Both good men, obviously too good for the dirty world of politics!
Just shows how corrupt the Labour party is. Both centre and left. As for Corbyn there are too many negatives. Always the friend of terrorists and our country would have been unsafe in his hands. His true political agenda is unknown by many good people on the left who are basically only socialists. Corbyn's close friend and ex shadow Chancellor has been videoed saying to a group of Labour activists "When we win the election we will fund Cuba's revolution" Wake up. " Labour List" is endless. The most criminally corrupt politicians of any party in uk.
“But you can’t keep bringing these matters up. You’re just being a bitter old Corbynista,” say the centre. No mention of the extra four years of Tory rule this hatchet job afforded us. Unforgivable in my eyes, and when you see how the tories managed (or mismanaged) covid, or the energy crisis, it’s something I’ll never quite get my head round.
So truth finally comes out, but the damage has long been done.
Alot of stupid sheep still believe it unfortunately!
Had a colleague tell me her partner had resigned from labour and joined the lub Dems because "labour were becoming so anti-Semitic." It's a disgusting smear with many many real world consequences.
It disgusts me that this will probably never be properly addressed, just gradually fade away as Corbyn won't be allowed back in ever again. But much like the 2008 credit crunch I fear the background memory will stick to the labour left for a long while yet. "Oh but weren't they really anti-Semitic." That's what we'll be hearing from many well-meaning but low information voters.
The damage against Corbyn, who would have been our best prime minister, has been zealously promulgated ever since by Starmer (and the other right wing shills who seized the Labour party's reins) who are still trying to eradicate every trace of social conscience left in the party.
The contrast in treatment was stunning, hosts castigated for referring to Trump or Johnson as racist but allowing the same accusation unchallenged against Corbyn. The basic premise that membership was found to be more antisemitic after Corbyn took over was always unproven, the blatantly obvious fact that antisemitism was much more in evidence among the Tory party and membership always ignored.
The proportion of members with anti-Semitic views reduced under Corbyn in fact.
Those people pushing this claimed that antisemitism was institutionalised in Labour. Couldn’t be further from the truth.
I’m not a fan of conspiracy theory but when a genuine threat to the establishment came along he had a first rate hatchet job carried out on him. It’s frightening. Current Labour is no threat to the establishment. And there being left alone.
Don't you think that with Keir Starmer (the notorious Trotskyist) leading the Labour.
Thier is 2 sides to every story, the lie and the truth. But what happens when you tell a liar the truth, how do they get rid of you without a debate. They call you a conspiracy theorist so then the truth can be dismissed.
@@AsadAli-jc5tg Well Starmer has done nothing to prove hes anything other than establishment

This is absolutely infuriating, anyone who knows anything knew then that Corbyn is a great leader with true morality and a love for justice and peace, I deeply love Corbyn and everything he stands for ,
@ADAM B Many do but the main British Tory supporting media silence them.
Just no instinct for politics, I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing.

Get a hobby.
He was the best thing for Britain but the truth is you didn't deserve him, you got the government you deserve as well a dodgy opposition, look where you are today.
Starmer and all of those responsible in the Labour party must be held to account, the BBC too. I'll be watching part 2 of this later but what I've seen so far is disgusting. Labour have already lost my vote and this documentary just confirms to me that my decision to dump them is the correct one. It saddens me as the cuntry desperately needs a change of government but I can't and won't give my vote to the current Labour Party just to remove the tories.
I’m glad this has finally been made.
I was never really sure what went on with Corbyn but it seemed like a bunch of bullshit… I had a really hard time believing he was as antisemitic as was reported.
I never believed the Labour Party was anti semitic. I was just bemused why all this dirt was flying around. I began to suspect Israel's Hasbara may have had a hand in this when Margaret Hodge a leading member of Labour Friends of Israel chose a perfect moment in front of TV cameras and shouted at Corbyn:
"You're a f..ing racist."
It looked such a set up.
Why did people in the party undermine Corbyn's election campaign? Starmer went along with it and chose sacrificial lambs for his sham PR claim that the party had been cleansed of anti semitism. There was never any there. This is falsely conflating criticism of Israel and support for Palestinians with anti semitism.
Fighting racism for decades and gone on ralleys against racism speaking out. That's dedication and integrity! Sadly many politicians (especially the self serving cons) lack any of that !
Most of public conclusion was on his BREXIT stand but not convinced inside job involved
It would be truly fascinating to see an exposé on antisemitism/racism in the Tory party. No kidding it would make anything that came out of Corbyns' Labour party look like child's play.
Problem with that is it would increase Tory support.
@@DarrenBurgess1989 Yup.
It's been proven but guess what? They got away with it!
I used to defend the BBC as I'm sure did many others who share my beliefs, now I just ignore them, refuse to pay towards their existence and encourage everyone to do the same.
Our US equivalent, PBS, started pushing Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders & outright lying to forward Hillary's campaign. That's when I realized they were compromised & status quo. ☹️ It was a sad & jarring realization for me, as I'm sure it was for you with the BBC. 😔 The ruling class owns even our "public" broadcasting.
Luckily things are fast changing on the media front. I just follow select few leftist orgs/media & individual journalists who do good work. We finally have an alternative to the ruling class' corporate media. But we still have a long way to go! 😕
Next time a Corbyn or Sanders might make it through. 🥺 But I'd choose revolution as a first choice! ✊ I'm planning on reading Lenin's "Reform & Revolution", I'm sure he's addressed this concern in a beautiful way, already! 😂
Sorry for the tangent! This brings up so many bad memories... 😩
Take back the BBC.
The BBC has been taken over by the Tory right. It needs to be taken off them.
It's an annoying quandary. Such a public service is vital to a society, however it gives the government too much influence, typically leading to it becoming a propoganda tool for the government of the time.
Unfortunately, it also tends to be pulled "right" more than "left" because of the external forces at play, so it becomes somewhat "balanced" with a left-wing government, but leans right when they're in government.
However, there's no better way of funding such content. Small indie's can't gather sufficient funding to do nearly as good of a job and they end up being influenced by their audience (who fund them), leading to ever more pigeon-holed perspectives.
Advertiser funded ... doesn't need explaining the issues.
Large, subscriber services end up as corporations, thus, see above.

Was this around the same time that Priti Patel paid an unofficial visit to Israel under Theresa May's government?
It was indeed .
She should have been imprisoned .
I knew that documentary was dodgy. This just shows how much power the establishment has. I'm surprised Corbyn himself hasn't kicked up more of a stink about this.
He is too decent for current day politics... And that is one of the reason people love him.
He has taken out legal proceedings. This in itself has limited what he can do, such is the dire state of what passed for "justice" in the UK.
The truth comes out in the end ... Deeds not words.

SO glad I left the party when Starmer paid out to the whistleblowers.
I knew things were bad, but , I was really shocked about how bad things really were after watching the documentary. Disgusting.

This whole period leading up the general election 2019 still makes me angry, so angry, with the Labour Party. In fact, really the treatment of Ed Miliband in 2015 and Jeremy Corbyn from 2016 by the Labour party and the media makes me really upset. There was a study at the time, I can't remember, that was featured ON the BBC about how bias the media was against Jeremy Corbyn, and they got a BBC spokeswoman to deny it with no facts or statistics to back her case on the BBC news channel as if that was evidence enough to refute it! This is a period I can't forgive in British politics and we are suffering the consequences now. The worst, most corrupt government we have ever had was ushered in at 2019 and we have gone downhill ever since. This country truly deserves what it votes for. Not journalism. Narrative building. People really need to be far more aware of how the language used creates a form of reality. Any answer that lies outside an acceptance of that reality can be ignored, dismissed or 'altered'.
