I have just recovered from Corona and i was worried because of high pulse rate of 120 to 130 some times without doing any physical activity, this is very useful, i have checked before doing these exercise and after these yogic exercises, pulse rate comes down from 120 to 100, thanks for your video
Namaste behen ,kya ajakl COVID ki vajah se pulse rate affect hota h ? How are u now ?? Mujhe issue tha ye may June mein but do baar COVID negative Aya. Ab 2% hai tabse due to deep breathing techniques.
