- In part four of our maintenance series, customer service director, Paul Jurgens, shows you tips to keep your Lazer Z running smoothly. The Exmark Lazer Z is a heavy duty, zero-turn, commercial lawn mower offering power, performance and the cut that landscape professionals have come to expect from an Exmark.
I wish they still made them like this I had an exmark 44 from like 2009 last me till a few years ago got another and well I’m looking for a new one now
Delivered a nice even cut, has the super tight turning ability czcams.com/users/postUgkx1VWTrayKBdCKAjzAcZ_Eg4dhHTae3LkN also recommend I was looking for, and is just a blast to drive. It takes a little bit to get used to driving one after driving a normal tractor style, but once you've got it, you've got it. If you're cutting lines, you have to be careful spinning the mower around or the back tire will dig a bare spot. Just take it nice and slow during the turn and then it's back to full throttle across the yard!
I only do whatever my buddy tells me to do to the 2002 xmark its his I'm just around to help em out anytime I guess I'll figure out how to drop the deck pretty soon
From 13 grease zerks in 2009 to 4 now.

the bearings on my tensioner are sealed (old LZ27LKA724)... should they be greased until I feel pressure against the seal, or to purge?
Trying to adjust my deck on the mower , the peddle release won’t move .. any ideas ?? On what I can do to fix this .. bought this mower used ..
can we get an updated version? This video is way out of date and the grease points dont align with whats on the mower
My 72" exmark's starter is getting really hot when I try to start it? Any ideas why? New battery on mower! Most of time motor wont spin!! Instead you'll here PTO bump a little and stop? Any help greatly appreciated!!

How do i move my zero turn by pushing it. Where is the latch to release so i can free push it?

(Wont start have to push it on trailer.. battery new and charged, fuses are good.)

Should be a red knob and use a winch or multiple people if you haven’t gotten it fixed yet
I can start it without a key long as it has a battery if it didn't have a battery I'd have to unhook your ground on the magneto then start it up if it doesn't have a carburetor solenoid

1 grease fitting on today's lazer z
Thank you for the message. The Lazer Z actually has 2 grease zerk locations: 1 is on the deck idler pivot and the other is on the pump idler pivot. There is also a location to install a zerk on the caster pivots. Due to the possibility of that zerk getting impacted in-use, we install a removable plug. All have yearly service intervals. Thanks!
