What I've learnt
1) Don't do level of problems in which you frequently got stuck
2) DSA is not like you first do it then CP , you can learn it along with CP journey
3) you should do CP in your 1st year
Since you'll have four years if you enjoy it you're at 0 risk
4) you need to get deeply dedicated if you want to be gm in CP
Bro what is meant by cp please rply
@@praneethsamudrala competitive programming 😊
yea, i really want to know too, what's mean of the CP?
Well jotted 👏
Don't needed cp ...you can totally skip it...these youtubers do this for getting a job only....
Humble man... respect . Thanks for sharing knowledge. 🙏

Yes Utkarsh, you said right ... I have subscribed your channel and would love follow you and get inspired by you. You are truly inspiring Techie
many thanks both of your again ...
Interview OP!
But i really think learning DS algo is important, because it will help in problem solving in most optimal way and Michael Goodrich said in his book that u should first learn syntax And basic constructs of a language before diving in dsa. Every thing else is preference.
DSA actually opens your logic building a lot actually you get new ways of solving.
Thank you for such great session ❤️😊
One of the best videos in your channel is this one.
Thanks a lot.... Very informative speech 💬 and videos.....
Ye banda mujhe kuch khaas laga,, matlab bolne ke style se samajh mei aarha hai ki how confident he is.

Will be adding subtitles by tomorrow morning
Lovely way to describe your journey 👍

@@habibullahbahar4697 no idea bro not from programming background!
Most of the people just tell that start practice from easy problem, learn from you tube, and bla bla ..... now tell truth that how can someone learn everything from you tube. If a problem passes some test cases and rest are failed then to whom we can show our code for suggestion. Why we have to always depend on you tube for some other people code, every problem has multiple solutions even the multiple optimal solutions exist for same problem and u just said go to you tube to understand the solution. Instead u should tell reality .In most of the tier 3 colleges students are suffering from these problem as there faculty members are not capable to provide solutions to DSA problems, Now tell how we can overcome this kind of problem. Make a great video on this please!.
Bro just see the submission of other and try to understand it
By seeing other's submission u can see solution of the problem
Bhaiya can we do Both cp and webdevelopment suggest timing for that??🔥🔥🔥🔥
A live sever video for a beginner in CP😎

Good!!
Kaise??
Both guys ❣️❣️❣️
bhai badiya content, just keep the music volume low, I am listening this on phone speakers and vocals se zyada music sunai de rha hai.
Recursion faith is also explained by summeth sir of pepcoding if you know
Without dsa you can not solve problems, only can solve easy problems.
As per my knowledge DSA is important
yeah but as you do it gradually you start developing skills rather than knowing data structures you don't need to give names to these DSA topics like searching sorting techniques, you might be doing DSA but without naming them , recursion and some other stuff in DP have have to learn.
@@JohnDoe-lf1jz yea u are correct, we develop techniques through which we also learn the requirements of dsa
@@JohnDoe-lf1jz u need to
generally Div 2 a,b,c are just basic math array and string manipulation you will just have to think and observe you don't need any dsa for Div 2 a b and c that is just a myth
I'm in 2nd yr.right now.
please sir tell me how can i manage web dev nd cp parallelly..
if you want a SDE job, DS & Algos should be ur #1 priority anything else is distraction
Well he is good in badminton too. 🙏🙏

mai bca student hu mere college me do not have competitive coding environment how do we do competitive coding
My biggest question: Is CP necessary for getting into good companies ? Like I am more comfortable in open source and have contributed to various open source projects.
@SHREYANSH Singh Thanks brother.
So is DSA sufficient if we don't find CP comfortable enough ? I know CP is just next level of DSA problems. Some say this so I asked.
@@PrakharGurunani han but semester offline ho online nhi.
@SHREYANSH Singh Thanks a lot brother 🙂. You explained very well :)
BTW, I had got an offer from a Berlin based AI startup last year. He(who sent me the offer) saw one of my projects and got impressed with it. I have tried CP on codechef and did some 25 questions there. Though they weren't rough, neither they were easy.
I personally think CP is a sport. Not everyone can be good at it.
@SHREYANSH Singh Thanks brother. You also have very good knowledge. You too will excel in life. I have been programming since 8th-9th. I just do it because I like it, it's my passion. I have seen so many students blindly following CP just because seniors tell them that this is the only path. Remember that line from 3 idiots - "Success Ke Peeche Mat Bhaago, Excellence Ka Peecha Karo, Success Jhak Maarke Tumhare Peeche Ayegi" :)
@@tradinginthezonex-teleid1849 That's nice, sir.
Why people say question, It's not question, it is problem :)

I don't have any college degree, can I enter this field or get a job...
I am not interested in coding but I am very passionate about cloud technologies. Is there any chance even my resume will get select if I Maintain good profile in cloud domain?
There's a vast scope in cloud and DevOps. At present these are most demanding.
Coding is not essential but you will need to know the basics of computer architecture like CPU, Memory, Storage, IOPs, throughput, server configuration, load balancing. Basics of networking and security policies. You can start with any decent cloud practices course.
@@ninadsentinel yes sir I did all of that and cloud has a good future my main concern is are companies willing to hire freshers in cloud domain.
@@yashnegi9473 yes u should get some role even as a fresher. If there is any sector which has got demand post pandemic it’s IT. Only thing would be ready to relocate u might need to move to some of the IT hubs like Bangalore Hyderabad or Pune if there are less opportunities in ur current city.
@@ninadsentinel you are right sir. Thanks a lot for your time.

Bhaiya,
Software Engineer ko placement k liye alag se padhne k jaroorat kyon hoti h kya college study students ko placement ready nhi bnate hai???????????????????
😂😂😂😂
college Mei jo cheeze padhai jati hai vo useless hai, you have to prepare on your own
hi,
just wanted to confirm, if our rating or ranking increases if we do past/old contests. I mean, lets say that I missed last month contest, but later attempt it after a month or two, will my rating/ranking increase in the CP website?
so you can take part in a virtual contest it wouldn't be same as giving a contest it is unrated no pretests no hacks it is good to pratice but it won't actually increase your rating
Respect++
