A good presentation. Please do similar videos on Kadamattom church, Kayamkulam Kadeesa church, Kollam Tharissappally church, Kunnamkulam Arthat church and the Akaparambu Jacobite church near Nedumpassery airport which were all built along with the Chengannur Pazhaya Suriyani Pally by Mor Sabore metropolitan along with Mor Aphroth who came from Mor Mathai Dayara of Nineveh ( present day Mosul of Iraq) in 823 AD to Kollam. These Judeo-Arameans following the West Syriac tradion came along with 72 other families and settled around Kollam and they were given the Tharissappally chepped in 849 AD by the local ruler Ayyan Adigal Thiruvadigal. These people were also given the title "Muthalaly" by the king as also the custody of weights and measures in the Kollam region. These "Kollam Nasranies" as they came to be known later on started the Nasrani Era (NE) or the Kolla Varsham in 825 AD.

@@allenbency6603 The Persian cross or the "Ninveh cross" brought by the 823 AD migrants from Nineveh ( present day Mosul of Iraq) had Pahlavi inscriptions. It clearly mentions the name Marvan Sapir Iso on the cross under whose leadership the migration took place. Nineveh or Mosul was under the Sassanian or Persian empire and Pahlavi was the lingua franca of the people of this empire. The migrants including the monks Mor Sabore and Mor Aphrahath who came from Mor Mathai dayara were "West Syriacs" owing allegiance to the Syriac Patriarch of Antioch through the "Maphriano of the East". They were not under the "Catholicose-Patriarch of Cstesiphon- Seleucia" who is the head of the "Church of the East". What you are saying is the distorted church history being promoted by the Syro- Malabarians and others who have vested interests. The ancient Kerala Syriac christians came in contact with the East Syriacs only from the 14th century ie. just before the arrival of the Latin Parangi Catholics and the subsequent forceful conversion of the Nazaranies to Latin Catholicism. The Syro- Malabar church evolved from this forceful honeymooning of the ancient Nazaranies with the Latin Parangis and this unholy alliance with the Latin church of Rome still continues in Kerala. That is why Syro- Malabar church has "Cardinals" just like the Latin church of Rome and unmarried priests. Priests of the ancient Kerala Nazarani church were never celibates. "Cardinals" were never part of the ancient Syriac churches anywhere in the world either ! Cardinals are found only in Latin churches ! Same holds good for the Syro- Malankara Cardinals. The Church of the East or the Nestorian church never encouraged idols inside their churches. Then how is that the present day Syro-malabar churches have idols inside their churches and also venerate them which are unthinkable for the East Syrian community. You may say that it was forced on you by the Parangi Latin catholics. These Parangis were driven out long back from the Kerala shores. Now you have been separated out from the Kerala latin church also. But your umbilical cord to the Roman Latin church is still intact even though the baby has grown into a young adult.. Sorry state of affairs of the ancient Syriac church of Kerala !
