Was the speedometer intermittently working? I'm asking because my power steering suddenly stopped working and I need help diagnosing this awful problem
Hey, yeah so the speedometer was not working most of the time but it would spring on and work for literally like 10 seconds and then shut off again for a week. I’ve only experienced it working a couple times but most of my rides it wasn’t working at all.
What was happening that you needed a speed sensor?
The sensor wasn’t working most of the time and sometimes it would work for about 10 seconds then drop to 0 while i’m driving!

So you have to take the transmission completely out.
Not really, just gotta drop it a bit by loosening the mount from the drive shaft side so that there’s enough clearance for the sensor to come out!
