  • I went to Little Manila in Queens, New York to try Filipino foods for the first time. See me react to Inihaw na Panga ng Tuna (Tuna Jaw) , Dinuguan (Filipino pork blood stew) and bicho-bicho (Filipino twisted fried donuts). I know tuna jaw (tuna panga) is very popular in the Philippines so I was excited to be trying tuna collar / jaw at one of the best Filipino Restaurants in Queens. Next, I went to try brazo de mercedes a Filipino dessert that had been recommended to me many times. Manilatown (bayang maynila) in Queens is an incredible place to discover the cooking of the Philippines and get a taste of Filipino dishes, go if you can!
