I love the fact how sortapus noticed that the green frosting or whatever would stun him after the player tried to use it again so he avoided it. The other 2 bosses just took the thing that would stun them without suspicion. Well I mean the first boss showed a little suspicion when it looked at the electrical water on its second phase but it took the bate anyway.

This game is running on the same engine as Lego Worlds. I know because of the way the paint of the bricks look and the whole crafting mechanic
There was the first lego movie without that mechanic

For some reason the boss fights seems very similar to Shadow of the Colossus. No joke, you climb the boss (which is huge) and slash at the weakpoint.
Just like Splatoon but you need to splash an ink to the boss

on the first boss when she started drragging her head across the arena destroying everything, i ran around for minutes trying to figure out how to get inside her again and then i figured out i needed to place a generator near the puddle of water that one of the fire hydrants made

The Chameleon sounds like he’s breathing in the stunned phase…those spiked fruit aren’t good for him even though he’s programmed to eat them I just feel bad for the big guy

Saddly the producers didn’t thinked the idea of giving rex some kind of super non lego realistic robot just to destroy the alíen planet (kinda like what the final boss was in ratchet and clank game that wasn’t like in the movie)

Would have been better if the real boss fight in the end is Rex Dangervest where you play as Emmet and Lucy are you fighting Rex against him under the washing machine in the movie instead of having like the cuteness showing the Rex is "Back to the futuring".

Hey I just relized that the duplo aliens are actually made out of lego when the actual movie had the duplos being well, duplos. While the free roam room in the lego movie video game 1 is actually live action and not made of legos!

I got some ideas for some new boss fights.
Magahare- a giant white lego rabbit with eyes facing opposite directions and a top hat. The fight takes place in the middle of his performance in which he is using giant cannons. Like literally every single boss in the game for some reason, he doesn’t notice you at first so you have to use his own cannon against him by replacing his generators with yours
Dryar system-dryer system!
if i was in the lego movie 2 i would be a character like me i would be in harmony town in the ssystar system better than the dryar/dryer system because i don't really like it if rex dangervest was emmet from the alertness universe like the version emmet who changed his name into REX DANGERVEST
