Today we learned that: -People can get really up in arms whenever their choice doesn't win out. -Facebook moms have no idea how AI chatbots work, and would rather take the easy way out just to scaremonger to their kids. -Nintendo has just as big of a stick up their ass about copyright as Disney.(Seriously, is their legal department ran by the Blue Haired Lawyer from the Simpsons?) -And Epic Games measures to protect children from innaproriate content only ended up angering eveyone.
I'm pretty sure that Nintendo and Disney would both kill people IRL to enforce their copyrights. Given their wealth and influence, how hard could it be for them to also legally bribe (which is, to say, lobby) lawmakers to make a law so that, when they murdered someone for copyright infringement, they'd get all of the victim's property? Given that both Disney and Nintendo also ignore the bootlegs that are the ones actually defacing their IPs, I feel that calling that stupid isn't insulting enough and/or doesn't really capture it and using the R-word against them would be more justified.

From what i understand about the voice chat thing for fortnite is that it will only record the last 5 minutes of voice chat and only on your system and not on the server, and you have to send it to report players or else it just gets deleted after the 5 minutes. Also if you do send it, they will evaluate it for 14 days to see if the report is fair and then they'll delete it or keep it incase of legal issues.

For a slightly smaller controversy, in sim racing there is this company called Motorsport Games which bought the rights multiple racing series including Nascar, IndyCar, Formula E, British Touring Cars and the World Endurance Championships. Over the past year they have lost 3 of the licences, lost millions, sacked basically all their staff, had source code threatened to be released if wages werent paid, and are one of the most hated companies in sim racing currently. They have released 3 games (with another being released in early 2024 which is just a reskin of a game as it is the exact same physics engine), with them being not too well received. One of the biggest sim racing games (Iracing) has bought back the Nascar licence which they had before and are going to be releasing a console game. And then this doesnt even mention the shit shows that were the 4 Le Mans Virtuals in 2020-23 where they couldnt keep the servers up for 24 hours and had a DDOS attack part way through after someone leaked the IP address (I am not sure if it was an employee or someone participating though)

Ok, as a fortnite player, something to address: those official response tweets you showcased were posted in reverse order. They initially said ‘we’re going to fix this over the next year,’ and then a few days later they said ‘okay, actually we’re just gonna abandon this whole thing when chapter 5 launches in a week.’ They still want to keep a system like this, but they’re going to be reworking it completely after this season is over.

We shouldn't be harassing or attacking anyone for saying something positive about Nintendo or enjoying their games while they criticize them accurately. The Nintendo negativity hate rain has already created a bunch of toxic controversy across the internet, The only CZcamsrs I can rely on and actually know how to look at accurate information correctly without jumping straight to conclusions like the popular CZcamsrs are Moon channel, SupermarioT, Synergy96, Freezing Climber and BoTalksGames. Unlike the popular CZcamsrs, some of them actually know the truth and one of them is actually a really good lawyer and knows how reality stuff works. I find it extremely dumb that Fortnite is blocking skins if they have a gun on them when Fortnite itself is mainly a shooter game. Regarding Fortnite, I find it hilarious that they prevented certain skins with weapons holsters on them from creative maps… in a game that heavily relies on guns and weaponry. Obviously not every creative map relies on the combat features but the base game of Fortnite has tons of guns, many of which resemble real world weapons.
Issue with mod vote is that they basically finish all 3 mobs every time since they show them working you could add all 3, if it was done like it was ment to be then the concepts have to be shown and those voted but they are always created all 3. thats the biggest Controversy. That Mojang or rather Microsoft scams us every year and then dosent even think about bringing the 2 back someday, like bringing the 2nd place into the next year vote aside 2 others. For a slightly smaller controversy, in sim racing there is this company called Motorsport Games which bought the rights multiple racing series including Nascar, IndyCar, Formula E, British Touring Cars and the World Endurance Championships.
Over the past year they have lost 3 of the licences, lost millions, sacked basically all their staff, had source code threatened to be released if wages werent paid, and are one of the most hated companies in sim racing currently.
They have released 3 games (with another being released in early 2024 which is just a reskin of a game as it is the exact same physics engine), with them being not too well received.
One of the biggest sim racing games (Iracing) has bought back the Nascar licence which they had before and are going to be releasing a console game.
And then this doesnt even mention the shit shows that were the 4 Le Mans Virtuals in 2020-23 where they couldnt keep the servers up for 24 hours and had a DDOS attack part way through after someone leaked the IP address (I am not sure if it was an employee or someone participating though)
Genshin community vs the sonic community was a very entertaining drama story.
That shit was more entertaining than the Game Awards itself

Ok, as a fortnite player, something to address: those official response tweets you showcased were posted in reverse order. They initially said ‘we’re going to fix this over the next year,’ and then a few days later they said ‘okay, actually we’re just gonna abandon this whole thing when chapter 5 launches in a week.’ They still want to keep a system like this, but they’re going to be reworking it completely after this season is over.

For me personally, I care about Nintendo's developers and employees, but disrespect their DMCA legal team in Japan. But the one problem I have with the community is if you blame Nintendo as a whole, You're dragging in its developers and employees with it considering the fact they have absolutely nothing to do with those decisions.

We shouldn't be harassing or attacking anyone for saying something positive about Nintendo or enjoying their games while they criticize them accurately.
The Nintendo negativity hate rain has already created a bunch of toxic controversy across the internet, The only CZcamsrs I can rely on and actually know how to look at accurate information correctly without jumping straight to conclusions like the popular CZcamsrs are Moon channel, SupermarioT, Synergy96, Freezing Climber and BoTalksGames.
Unlike the popular CZcamsrs, some of them actually know the truth and one of them is actually a really good lawyer and knows how reality stuff works.
The respectful casual Nintendo fans need an honest CZcamsr that can show them the truth, I'm basically the only one who can do it, No one else will.

I find it extremely dumb that Fortnite is blocking skins if they have a gun on them when Fortnite itself is mainly a shooter game. They're also apparently concerned with scary items in the game but don't mind showing zombies, people literally melting, giants eating worlds, and countless other examples in the events everyone seems to enjoy.

Regarding Fortnite, I find it hilarious that they prevented certain skins with weapons holsters on them from creative maps… in a game that heavily relies on guns and weaponry. Obviously not every creative map relies on the combat features but the base game of Fortnite has tons of guns, many of which resemble real world weapons.

Issue with mod vote is that they basically finish all 3 mobs every time since they show them working you could add all 3, if it was done like it was ment to be then the concepts have to be shown and those voted but they are always created all 3. thats the biggest Controversy.
